These terms apply whenever you buy a print, join the membership or buy a gift voucher through Unique Travel Prints ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them before you buy. If anything here is unclear, contact us at ross@rgmphoto.com before completing your purchase.
Unique Travel Prints is operated by RGMphoto ("Company"), a sole trader in the UK.
You can contact us at ross@rgmphoto.com.
Every print sold through this site is a photograph taken by Ross Martin and supplied under licence by the Company.
When you buy a Print at the one-off price shown on the product page, you receive a licence to download and use a high-resolution, print-ready digital file of that month's photograph, together with a short guide to printing it. You are not buying a physical print, framed item, or any tangible object - printing and framing is left to you or a lab of your choice.
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, inclusive of any taxes we're required to charge. Payment is taken in full at the point of purchase, in GBP, via our payment provider.
The Print is delivered digitally and instantly, by download link, once payment has cleared. It is your responsibility to save a personal copy of the file; we don't guarantee to keep download links active indefinitely.
Each Print of the Month is limited to 150 copies, sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once 150 copies have been sold, or the calendar month ends, whichever happens first, that Print is retired and will not be sold again through this offer. We don't guarantee any specific Print will remain available for any length of time.
Because a Print is digital content delivered immediately on payment, once your download has started with your consent, you lose your legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to change your mind and cancel the order. By completing your purchase and beginning your download, you confirm you understand this and agree to it.
If your download fails, or the file is corrupted or clearly not what was described, contact us and we'll put it right or offer a refund.
Buying a Print gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to download the file, print copies of it for your own home or personal use, and display those copies. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or publish the digital file itself, use it commercially, or claim authorship of the photograph. Copyright in every Print remains with Ross Martin at all times.
Membership is a rolling monthly subscription that includes, for as long as you remain a member:
The exact content of each month's release (the Print, Bonus Print and webinar topic) will vary and is chosen at our discretion.
Membership is billed monthly in advance, in GBP, at the price shown on the Membership page at the time you join, taken automatically from your payment method on the same date each month until you cancel.
There's no minimum term. You can cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us; cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund any payment already taken. You'll lose access to bonus membership content immediately, so please make sure you've downloaded that month's Print before you confirm your cancellation.
If you cancel and rejoin later, you'll simply pick back up with whichever Print is current at the point you rejoin, at the member price, with no penalty for having previously cancelled.
If a monthly payment fails, we'll attempt to take payment again and may pause access to that month's Content until payment succeeds. Membership may be cancelled automatically if payment continues to fail.
We may change the Membership price or the benefits included from time to time. We'll give you reasonable notice of any price increase before it applies to you, and you're free to cancel before it takes effect.
The same personal-use licence set out in clause 3.6 applies to every Print, Bonus Print and any other Content you receive through your Membership. Access to webinar recordings and the archive is granted only for as long as you remain a member in good standing, and is personal to you - it isn't transferable and shouldn't be shared with anyone who isn't a member.
A Gift Voucher is a one-off purchase, at the price shown on the Gift Voucher page (currently £250), that gives the Recipient 12 months of Membership. The 12 months include everything described in clause 4.1 for as long as the voucher period lasts. A Gift Voucher is not a physical item and is not available for cash or exchange for anything other than the 12 months of Membership described here.
After payment you'll receive an automatic order confirmation. We then email your Gift Voucher, including its unique Voucher Code, to the email address you used at checkout, normally within 24 hours of payment. The Gift Voucher is delivered to you, the Purchaser, and it is up to you how and when you pass it on to the Recipient.
You can ask us to personalise your Gift Voucher with the Recipient's name, your name (or another name, such as "From Mum & Dad", or no name at all) and a short message. To do this, use the pre-written email on the order confirmation page. If you don't send us personalisation details, your Gift Voucher will arrive without personalisation within 24 hours of payment. We can't guarantee to add personalisation requested after your Gift Voucher has been sent.
The Recipient redeems a Gift Voucher by completing the form on our Redeem a Gift page, which opens a pre-written email to us containing their name, the email address they want to use to log in, their Voucher Code and the name of the person who gave them the gift. The Recipient is responsible for checking that the email address they give is correct, because it is how they will log in to access their prints and webinars. We'll check the Voucher Code, set up the Membership by hand and email login details, usually within 24 hours of receiving the redemption email.
A Gift Voucher must be redeemed within 12 months of the date it was purchased. A Gift Voucher that has not been redeemed by then expires and can no longer be redeemed, and no refund is due for an expired Gift Voucher.
The 12 months of Membership begin on the day we set up the Recipient's access, not on the day the Gift Voucher was bought. The Recipient pays nothing further during those 12 months and no card details are taken. There is no automatic renewal: when the 12 months end, access ends unless the Recipient chooses to join or continue as a paying member at the Membership price shown at that time. Members who download their prints before access ends can keep them under the licence in clause 3.6; access to webinar recordings and the archive ends when Membership ends (see clause 4.6).
Each Voucher Code can be used once, by one Recipient, for one 12-month period. A Gift Voucher can't be redeemed for cash, resold, or combined with other offers or vouchers, and it cannot be extended or stacked to give more than 12 months of access at a time. Please keep your Voucher Code private: we are not responsible for a Voucher Code that is lost, stolen or used by someone else after it has been sent to you, although if you contact us promptly we'll try to help.
By redeeming a Gift Voucher, the Recipient agrees to these terms. The personal-use licence in clause 3.6 applies to every Print, Bonus Print and other Content they receive, and the Membership terms in clauses 4.1, 4.4 and 4.6 apply for the duration of the voucher period. The Recipient may stop using their Membership at any time, but cancelling or not using it does not entitle anyone to a refund of the unused part of the 12 months.
[CONFIRM: draft wording - please decide your refund policy before publishing.] If you've bought a Gift Voucher and want to cancel, you can do so by emailing ross@rgmphoto.com within 14 days of purchase, provided the Voucher Code has not been redeemed, and we'll refund the full price. Once a Gift Voucher has been redeemed, the Recipient's access to digital content begins straight away, so the right to cancel no longer applies and the price is not refundable. If something goes wrong on our side (for example, we don't deliver your Gift Voucher or can't set up the Recipient's access), contact us and we'll put it right or refund you.
All photographs, text, guides, webinar recordings and other material made available through this site are owned by, or licensed to, the Company and Ross Martin, and are protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that material to you or to a Gift Voucher Recipient - only the specific, limited licences described above.
You agree not to reproduce, resell, sublicense, publicly display, redistribute or commercially exploit any Content, in whole or in part, or to remove any attribution or copyright notice from a file, except as expressly permitted in these terms.
We aim to keep this site and your download links available and working correctly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not responsible for delays or failures caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party services (including our payment provider or hosting).
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, our liability to you for any single order, one month of Membership or one Gift Voucher is limited to the amount paid for it.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how the Membership or Gift Vouchers work. The version in force at the time you place an order or are billed is the one that applies to that purchase.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at ross@rgmphoto.com so we can try to resolve it directly.
Questions about an order, a Gift Voucher, your Membership, or these terms can be sent to ross@rgmphoto.com.
