Gift Voucher FAQ
How does the voucher reach them?
Ross emails your voucher and its unique code to you personally within 24 hours of payment. Forward it, print it or give the code in a card, whichever suits.
When does their year start?
When they redeem it, not when you buy it. They'll receive that month's print and bonus print straight away, then a new one every month for 12 months in total. If they redeem after the live webinar has taken place, they'll access the recording.
Does it renew automatically?
No. The voucher is a one-off payment. When the 12 months are up their membership simply ends unless they choose to carry on at £25/month. Remind them to download all of their prints before it does.
How long is the voucher valid for?
It can be redeemed any time within 12 months of purchase.
Can I give it to someone outside the UK?
Yes. Everything is digital, so it works anywhere. Prices are in GBP.
What can they do with the prints?
The same as every member: print each one as many times as they like for personal use (on paper only), set it as a screen wallpaper, or print it and give it as a gift. They can share a photo of their displayed print on social media, but they can't share the file or their membership access. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
What if the voucher doesn't arrive?
Check your spam folder first, then email ross@rgmphoto.com and we'll sort it out.
